I know what you mean, I'm averaging anywhere between 2 - 4 hours a sleep a night. It sucks but what can you do?

I'm around 5 to 6...But my issue is I work till 12 most nights come home cant sleep stay up till 3 or 4 in the morning pass out wake up again and get ready for work...Its a Viscious cycle of life.

And I refuse to take any pills to help me sleep...Thats how addictions start

Three people got fired in my department, and at the start of the massively busy season. We were short on staff before the firings, now we're just fucked. Instead of hiring new people to at least get us back to where we were, they did some creative scheduling that fucks over half of us. The other half, conveniently enough, are incredibly good friends with the boss, so it's business as usual for them. Everyone else will just have to pick up the slack to cover their non-working asses. If all goes well, monday I'll have a new, higher paying job in a different department, so I'll be able to give them the ol' finger. If it doesn't work, I'm stuck working days and nights from Christmas through New Years because we're short handed and half the people are conveniently on PTO. Guess which half.

Gracias. The final interview is monday. I'd like to say I've got the job, but I'd probably jinx myself if I did that. What works in my favor is the ER Director is requesting the transfer and wants me working in her department. So I've got a solid reference there.
