Agreed. How does the saying go, for breakfast eat like a king, for lunch, eat like a prince and for dinner, eat like a servant... Something like that.

I dont know if it will help any but it might help with ideas for food but Mypyramidplan.gov is a good tool for meal planning and such.

Egg beaters are a convenient way to get egg whites, but you don't get any yolk, it's just dyed yellow to make you think there's yolk in it.

Fried ham (in Pam) is always good, AAgain with toast. oatmeal is the best carb source you can get. Mix it with blueberries or whatever fruit you like.

Most of the firefighters around here prefer cocaine for those tough days

I like Pappetti whites or Egg Beaters "just whites".

I think the yellow fake yolk stuff is gross tasting and textured.

Makes it slimy for drinking, thats for sure.
