That's silly. There's very little you "can't do". I just don't want to be the guy in the other airplane or roller coaster seat. My boss is HUGE. He used to play football and is like 6'7". He's just a big guy. He buys two seats when he flies to guarantee that he has enough room and that he isn't inconveniencing others. |

I have to say, this is funny as hell. Now, other than no gear. Which would be hard to find for him. He could get the suspension built to suit his weight. The bike would never preform to the standards it was meant but would be safer for him to ride. Still feel sorry for the bike tho. I dont care if he was on a Harley.

BIG guy. at bare minimum, he needs better fitting pants, and a suspension setup to actually handle his weight better.

Not necessarily. By most respects...a 1000cc sportbike is nearly identical in physical size to a 600cc sporty. So jumping up in CC's is going to do much for his comfort. If comfort is what this gentleman is looking for, which clearly it isn't, then he might need to look at a different style of bike.

There are plenty of things that are downright dangerous to many more than just you if you don't *fit* into/onto it. What about reaction time on that bike? If he can't move because he is shoe-horned onto the damn thing? As far as rollercoasters go - I was at Six Flags when they denied and moved a guest because he was H-U-G-E. The same guy went to another ride after my daughters and I. I didn't ride the same train he was on. Not interested, and it isn't anything personal - I just don't want to die because someone else can't put the ho-ho down.

Larger people have worse reaction times? Shit, I didn't know. Maybe I shouldn't ride any more since I'll be endangering the lives of others and all. Now, I could see his weight creating a greater likelihood of the front tucking in a panic stop, but the likelihood isn't any more than it would be for someone riding two up.
