Nice... nah, it was private, 16S, maybe 18 or 19 that was honestly dog tired/ half heat exausted. Sleeping in a sack next to his Hummer in a camo'd position. The tanks had been going by all evening and night... one got a little off track. I've fallen asleep many, many times in a moving apc/Vulcan when I wasn't driving or in the gunner's position... It's surprising what you can sleep through if you're tired enough and if you're used to the noise... Besides, the way the sound carried, it was sometimes hard to tell where anything was.

Good lord, that's horrible.
Didn't know about the stripes - sounds like a regulation from the same jokers that came up w/ requiring moto-vests on base. |
