I like Mladin alot..he is a very very dedicated racer that has earned his achievements over the years. I've heard many stories of him being an ass to people for some reason, but I'm not sure why..oh well.

I just hope that he makes sur eto tell the organizers where they're screwing up, on his way out.

I think that I've got the perfect replacement for him on the team too.

Yea I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't chafe a few asses before he leaves... we'll see. I think it all depends on what he plans to do after he retires and how much his plans depend on/ involve the AMA. No use burning bridges. Personally, I'd like to see him manage a Suzuki WSBK team and help get them back on track... Heck maybe even a MotoGp team!

No surprise. That series isn't competitive for him anymore now that Ben is gone. When you can choose to not race a 2 race weekend and still not be worried about loosing the championship, it's time to move on.

Safety may have been his major concern but if the points were much tighter I doubt he would have chosen not to race. AMA road racing is dead and he knows it.

I don't care much for Mat BUT I know he's an awesome rider...no doubt.

I'd think more of him if he would tell a few of the AMA higher ups to on his way out.

Yea I'd love a press conference where he says that the AMA sucks and that he'd rather race SS in Australia for $50,000 than race here for a million!

I agree! This is a super boring SBK series! I can't wait for VIR and for Mat to shut Pegram's pie hole though! What a cocksucker! "What little respect I had for Mat Mlladin is gone.." Fuck you Larry, you nobody, back marker piece of shit! Take that "million dollar" Ducati that you've been LUCKY to win a race or two on and shove it up your ass!!! This is another situation where the I4 companies have to run stock components while the V2 guys get to use factory race bikes.

So true !!

How old is he ? Maybe he'll give WSBK a try...Ben probably wouldn't like that.
