Isn't 12 foot 18 inches in fact 13.5 feet?

yes.

but pretty sure he typo'd

meaning his car is 12'... and the trailer in question is 18', therefore the vertical ramp would not be a hindrance to him hauling with said trailer.

Wow... people here must either never work with idiots, or really like to act like one. Sometimes you have to read between what is typed to find the real meaning.

Well you've got the literal nazi's that pounce on anything and tear into it like a wolf on a fresh kill...then those who view this as "entertainment" not taking anything too seriously (spelling, typo's...etc)

Not too many in -betweeners here

yeah... working with Albanians and Serbians every day that speak/write marginal English at best, I have learned very well to read what they mean, not what they wrote.

But seeing how I speak virtually NO Albanian or Serbian, I am glad of the ability that they DO have.

Nice. I couldn't think of many cars under 12' besides an original Mini, Fiat 500, or something similar.

ETA: one other issue, what is your tow vehicle rated to tow (toungue weight and gross)? The first trailer you posted probably weighs close to 3,000 lbs on its own. Add the weight of the car and you are probably close to 5,500 or 6,000 lbs. The fuel tank and winch will add to that, in addition to being in a spot that will really affect tongue weight. If your vehicle is rated for 5k or 6k you are going to be really close to that, if not over, with a trailer like this. If it is rated for more you may want to consider something enclosed.

True story. Too bad hardly anyone at all can back up a trailer decently.

Well, I believe I also tried to offer some constructive commentary. Sorry if I didn't feel like digging out my fucking decoder ring to figure out what he meant to say. I shouldn't have to work that hard.
