Thank you everyone for your thoughts prayers and words of encouragement. The doctor didnt get the CT scans, so we are starting a round of testing and treatment. Thanks for letting me vent and again, thank all of you. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming...

Tommy I don't really know you. but that is horrible. I will be sure to say a prayer for you and your family. Even if its just for your family to not bother you.
What is the treatment? and riskes associated with said treatment. |

Thanks Gas, the treatment discussed so far is removing all of the affected tissue and bone and making repairs. This means scooping all of the tumor out and patching the bone, not sure about what they will do to replace the inner ear bones, but there are implants to help me regain some hearing. Thats all I know so far.

Yeah the implants for hearing are amazing these days.
Well keep us up to date on it all. I'll say it once... I'm sorry for the health bad luck. I won't say it again cause you don't need to be reminded. Short of asking how you feel I think its best to get your mind off it. You coming to the rally? I'll buy your first drink. |
