He said sports car.

I'm waiting for some of you to list a Z24 after some of these suggestions.

Subaru STI would be my ultimate car. Big enough to carry the kid, all wheel drive for the snow, and plenty fast right off the showroom floor.

How many real sports cars cost only 4 figures, and have a rear seat?

Miata? No rear seat, and too fucking noisy on the highway.

MR2? Nice, but no rear seat.

Old Porsche 944? People try to ask an arm and a leg for them, and parts are too expensive.

RX7? Crap reliability and fuel economy.

Mustang? Camaro? I would not consider them sports cars.

You could try looking for a 2nd gen Supra Turbo, they'd be less expensive than the 3rd gens..........But still, that's a sports coupe or GT, not a real sports car.

For sport AND utility needs, I vote STi as well.

However I prefer something more sport-only vs an all around vehicle.

I know what you're saying. But, the man did say "sports" car. Maybe I was wrong to assume that's what he meant?

Corvette? You can find one for under 10k... Yea I know, American cars don't count oh and no back seat, shoot! Heck, I know where there's a low mileage Supra for a decent price that the guy might even consider a trade (car lot). I personally, like the Subaru as well or a Lanzer but what do I know, I've owned a Talon and a RX7 and had zero problems with either of them. BTW I really like the RX8 but I'm not sure what kind of price range you're trying to fit. Hell, get a Cobalt SS, I hear that they can be souped up cheap and are reliable. Gee, I know that I've abandoned America with bikes but I don't want to think that we can't produce anything worth while anymore...

I reread your post this morning...sober this time...and caught the part where you said you needed back seats. Oops.

And yes the Miata is loud on the freeway.

He drives the same vehicle as me. Loud vehicle is probably not a big concern. LOL

Yea, crappy American cars. 08 Vette here that has never seen the dealer except when I got anal raped by a dump truck. Plus I'll rape any car you have listed. Even the Supra unless it has a LOT of work.

A little info on your price range WOULD be helpful.
