those are yummmy 'cougars'... Though, I dated a 38 year old stripper at one time who looked barely old enough to get in a bar. Body, face and all. She was a rocket.

Essentially - enjoys life at home but still likes to look once in awhile.

Puma would be another term, but that implies she's still out on her own on her way to full blown cougar. We live together so that doesn't really fit the bill as well.
