Yea I got new forks for my bike today and I'm sending them out to Race Tech along with the extra shock, when it comes in,that is. It's not an either or situation. Heck,if you think that's bad how about the $120 I had to pay for the muffler hanger! I'm still over a set of BST rims with Galfer rotors on them for $1600 but I really, really like white rims.

Yea that's what I'm thinking too... I think a carbon can, especially the AK one will really set the bike off! I've already got new cf ram air covers, tail cover, and tank pad. I'm mostly waiting for the damn fairings so I can get the paint matched to my tank/wheels. Thanks man,I appreciate your input.

Race Tech FTW. And I have stock, white rims on the CBR. They look nice and match the fairing, but what a PIA to keep clean.

Get a Yoshi R-11 in CF if you are going with that Jordan replica.

I'd probably go with the carbon as well.

Nah I "can't" do that...I already opted for the "sponsor" stickers to include Akrapovic,Gilles,etc... and the body has already shipped! Besides,AK FTW! I don't believe there is a better made exhaust in the world. I went Yosh on my '95,'97,'00,'01...they make excellent products but the finish on the AK... It was either the AK or the KR tuned which I also found for around $500 but I went with AK and in all honesty,I don't think I'll be disappointed.

I think you made a great choice, I have been fond of the KR myself. I wouldn't mind either if i were in your spot. P.S. I still love the looks of mine. Too bad theres no full serpent system to match it.
