About the same but you get more goodies with the XD than with Glock. |

I don't recall everything but extra clip, holster and belt I think was all. I could be wrong. Guess it isn't that much more than other guns.

Just googled some stuff....both in the area of $500 bucks with night sights. What exactly are 'night sights'?

I haven't shot an XD yet. Friend of mine got one in .40 but hasn't come over to shoot it yet.
I like my Glocks, partly because they're not bulky and can conceal easy. I'm accurate with them and they're comfortable for me but it's just like bikes, got to get what fits ya. As far as safety's goes, you are the only true safety on any gun and that's a matter of training. Finger does not go on the trigger until ready to fire and it's safe. But I was serious about liking them all. I haven't shot any gun that I thought really sucked, just have to get used to it and practice. |

They have Tritium inserts Marko, glow in the dark with no outside light input. Once you use them in low light you'll want them from then on.

Mine Jammed all the time, numerous times back to the factory, even they couldn't get it to shoot right...dealer finally took it back and gave me a deal on a Seecamp
