Yeah I wanted to do the P90x thing, at least bust the 90 day trial to see what was what. I still have 3-4 weeks to go on my arm before i can try to regain all the ground I have lost with my 16 weeks layoff due to the crash.

just download the torrent. It is a workout/diet/aerobics exercise video system that costs lots of money.

It is an exercise program. 90 day routine mixing up all different muscle groups. I'm on day 38 now and I can see a difference already.
They recommend that you also follow their prescribed diet, and use their energy bars/recovery drink. I do not do these things. Made me realize that you don't need a bunch of weights, and heavy weights to really work your body. Nice thing is you work how YOU want to. If you want lean, less weight, more reps. Build mass, heavy weight, less reps. Also, many of the exercises have "modified" moves for those that can't do it the "right" way to start. The reason this works best for me is it gives me things that I HAVE to do when I'm in the gym. Otherwise I just wander around and do a little of this and a little of that, not really accomplishing anything. The website for it is www.beachbody.com http://www.weightloss-hq.biz/weight-...ead-sheet.html This is a link to a forum where a guy made an interactive Excel spreadsheet to track your progress. If you know what the exercises are, you don't even need the vids. They do help for the Cardio workouts though, and to explain what some of the exercises are. |

Is this something you can do if you dont have a typical schedule/routine? I had been meaning to look into it a ssomething to help me loose some weight and get stronger for track season, but with my wacky schedule with the side jobs its kinda tough to do a set routine. |
