Very true.

I like dry rubbed ribs...and that's what is so fucking amazing at Dreamland. But if you like your ribs dripping in sauce, you'd hate them there.

Have you tried Two Brothers in Ballground Lee? Not as good as they were 20yrs ago but still damn good Brunswick stew IMO.

My husband and I have the better BBQ discussion frequently. He's from Kansas City. I'm from Texas.

Oh and dives are always the best. It's just a matter of knowing which ones are awesome and which ones are just crap. Word of Mouth FTW.

We went to a place called Pirate's Cove in Pass Christian, MS this weekend. It's in a yellow trailer. It was awesome.
