Dont get me wrong, I can talk the shit out of Bikes...Cars and everything Motorcycle related. But I have other things I like to do.

Photography, Video Games, Food...Etc Etc.

Its winter, yes but on top of that I would get bored if All i was forced to talk about here was Bikes.

No, it means not having a subforum for every other hobby that anyone on the forum has... You want to post up about some games and shit, that's coolio... that's what the Off Topic section is for. The last thing this place, or any forum IMHO, needs is 47,000 forums ranging from guns to boobs to Halo 3 to underwater basket weaving, etc.
