Yes. I got promotional crap about it and I'm intrigued...

My problems with them include messages that appear without the phone ever ringing, and having to reboot the phone after I get off a plane in order to get the correct time zone.

I had AT&T for 6 years. Always had mediocre cell service and their customer service was ok, but not all that good.
Had Sprint/Nextel for 2 years. Worst coverage ever. Customer service was even worse. Had T-Mobile for 5 years. Almost as bad as sprint/nextel, but not quite. I currently have Verizon and it's been great. My service is the best out of the bunch and their customer service has always been good. Verizon - 1 AT&T - 2 T-Mobile - 3 Nextel/Sprint - 4

I had great experiences with AT&T until this past year when it all went to crap. Dropped calls where I previously had no problems, random voicemails showing up with no call (like Homeslice mentioned), crappy coverage, etc. I'm getting close to the point where I'll pony up for a personal non-iphone, just to get away from AT&T. We'll see what happens with Verizon.
