Lifting Routine for Today....
It was grueling....Weight x Sets x Reps or Weight X Reps if only 1 set....
Squat: 190x5, 225x2x4, 265x2x3, 300x5x3 Flat Bench: 155x5, 185X4, 215x2x3, 245x5x3 Flyes: 50x5x10 Weights Pushups: (Body Weight plus 55)x5x10 Squat: 190x5, 225x5, 265x5x5 Good Morning: 225x5x5 Took almost 2 hours.....just thought I'd share..:
