I like taking naps at work. Nothing like a reclining chair in my lan room. A 20 minute nap goes a long way.

I Can easily Sleep for 12 Plus hours at a time...Ill just be laying in bed on my days off Like...Fuck it Im not getting up...Then I'm up all night and its a vicious cycle.

I usually take a nap when I get home from work...My day goes as follows

4am Alarm goes off
410am Snooze goes off and I get up
415am Shower
420am Leave for work
430am get to work
work my ass off all day...Certain days require more work but for the most part its pretty straight forward
2pm Leave work
by 3pm I'm Napping like a 3 year old after playtime
5 to 6pm I'm up...Make dinner watch a movie play some x box and got o bed again around 11 or 12 that night

I love sleep, and I used to sleep like a rock. Lately I haven't been able to sleep all the way through the night.. or I have a hard time falling asleep.. or I'll toss and turn all fucking night (like I did last night).

I love sleep. Naps are the greatest because I can fall asleep within 2 minutes of laying down. And if i wake up in my sleep, i just close my eyes and i'm out.

For some reason I could do that when I was going to school at EMU and living in a dorm but now I cant fall asleep for shit.

I can't really nap. When I go to bed it's for the night. So if I try and take a nap I naturally want to sleep for the entire night. I'm cranky when I wake up so no one really wants to be around me if I wake up from a nap.
