I agree...should be "cut and dry" but in today's world...civil action...retribution from the family of the dead guy...blah...blah..blah...that's what I meant by "I hope the dad comes out ok in this"...besides possible prosecution...which shouldn't be a concern.
I'm glad pop did what he did...f*ck the dead guy...well I don't mean actually f*ck him...ok...nevermind...

As screwed up as our judicial system is. They could never prosecute this man. He did what he needed to do.
