On behalf of all the CF'ers, and the TWF'ers that have read about your housing saga, and your asshole landlord over the past four years, let me be the first to say:

IT'S ABOUT FUCKING TIME!

Congrats Tommy.

I said the same thing, I took a bigger hit financialy than expected withthe closing costs but we will be fine next month, and not to worry firing up the brewery is near the top of the list we have a bbq with a gas line directly from the house so I am going ot see about tapping into thawt for my burner hopefully.

That and massive planning for what my mancave will become.

He was always worried about termites after there was a swarm in the hallway earlier in the spring, well I saw one last night so I am sure we will forget to mention that.

so Aug 1st is good. haven't been to New York before. that's good.

real question is how many bikes fit in your drive and garage? how many tents in yard or bodies on couches?

Congrats! Welcome to the never ending project list, where your local hardware stores will become second homes and you will get to know the staff on a first name basis. You will soon be helping patrons locate what they are looking for better than any store employee.
