The same could be said for the Jets and the Nordiques now the Coyotes and Avalanche respectively. I miss old school hockey when the goalies wore the Jason Vorhees style masks and wearing a helmet was optional.

Yeah, NHL use to be good back then, now it's just a joke to everyone but you northerners. Hell, I never even see it on TV down here. I think it comes on some shit channel that I never come across.
