not sure it was mentioned but Rob and Nancy's "accident" was caused by a drunk driver hitting them in their Jeep.

They hung on for as long as they could by selling off most of their stuff but dealing with our broken legal system and the aforementioned douchebag drunk driver's attorney holding shit up finally became to much.

This place picks up... it has died down now that riding season is in full swing.

I was about to mention the same thing. The crash was no fault of theirs, but they've been bearing the brunt of it. They also kept CF going for far longer than they should, without mentioning how tough things had become for them. By the time that things had gone completely to hell and they had to sell, they had creditors and customers pounding at their door. That shit shouldn't happen to good people.
