Maybe worse if they enact all the rule changes they want to do. We could see the factories bow out of the whole deal....worst case scenario.

They are looking to sell the various racing series to the highest bidder...who will most likely have rule changes to various degrees. They are saying the problem will be with the factories. They have already invest so much money in racing that drastic rule changes will cost them alot of money to get the bikes to comply. The factories don't have the budget for drastic overhauls of the machines. And could ultimately lead to no pro racing in the USA.

The series was already sold Marko, to the Daytona Motorsports Group. Link here. There will continue to be pro racing no matter how the situation turns out, but if the factories don't like the changes that DMG has planned, there may not be any factory-supported teams in the series for a while after this year.
