Yeah, the Five Guys Fries thing does include that "minor" detail. One order of fries is probably enough for 5. 3 of us usually polish off about 2/3 of an order, and the rest comes home with us, and later becomes hash for breakfast.

Wow - So I can go to Outback, get a 3000 calorie meal & then top it off with a 2000 calorie desert?.... Nice.

I like good rich food occasionally*, and in moderation, but good grief! Most of the meals listed are just stupidly excessive, almost like they're competing to pack the most crap into a meal.

*munching on bowl of bran flakes w/ skim milk, thinking "Man, a nice greasy cheesy omlette would be nice..."

I don't eat any of that shit. You can still have great food without all that fat and carbs. Venison jerky is a fantastic snack. I love it. Grilled chicken breast with just a TSP of Famous Daves Texas Pit BBQ sauce(only 25 cal per TSP, which 1 is all you need). GNC Lean Protein shakes. The chocolate mixed with non fat milk is delicious and only 140 cal per serving. You can still eat well and not weigh 400lbs.

I don't generally eat food that rich but it just goes to show that eating out can be very bad for you.

this is why I like sushi.
