12 beds total, with 4 of them being queen if we get all the rooms.

Well,there's four bedrooms with 3 or four beds each and there's a bath on each floor... how many people are coming? I think Trip,me or you should call about getting the entire lodge for that weekend. It should work out because there's nothing going on that weekend. We could get about 16 people in this place and it should be about $300 a night approx or about $20 per person,per night.

There's only one bathroom inside the lodge and it's upstairs. They say the "downstairs" room uses the campgroud baths or something like that but we could all use the lodge anyway.
