Find out who the owner of the property is actually listed as, if you want any sort of claim to it, you need to know who actually owns it and not it's right next to our stuff.... I don't know the lay out of your 'hood but just because you have a sign at the entrance and monthly dues doesn't mean that nobody else is allowed without your permission.

Want to keep out those you deem not worthy? Put up a lock, only the neighbors get a key.

Otherwise, let kids be kids.

Be glad they are playing ball and not vandalizing the neighborhood foreclosures.

no, that's normal for churches, this was outside the realm of normality for churches. They had big murals that made you feel like they were advertising some kind of powerbar that would give you superhuman strength. Almost buddy jesus type advertising, but much more creepy.
