Assholes don't treat anyone like they are real people. They treat everyone like shit, that's why they are assholes lol. Treating someone like a real person means you have some respect for them, assholes don't have that respect. Most of us aren't assholes, just play one on TV.

Decent explanation, but I have to agree with trip that assholes don't treat anyone like people. However, my guess is the girl usually has two choices because she either runs into nice guys or assholes. Given the choice, she'd rather be demoralized than put on a pedestal. Makes sense, due to the fact that all women are psycho.

Who knows why most people do what they do????? We had a discussion (guys and girls) one night. Keep in mind there was quite a lot of alcohol involved but.... the only good reason we could come up with is that it's a challenge for the woman. You know the whole I can change him BS. Most women love a challenge and then if (which we know never happens) they can make said man "change" they have the best of both worlds conquering a challenge and having a man just the way they want them.

Trust me it sounded much better with a swimming head
