Sometimes you dont have a choice guys, its either tell them to fuck off and leave, or go to jail for doing something you shouldnt...I've only left one job without really lining something else up, and honestly, it was the best decision of my life! For the first time career wise, I stood up for what I believed in and became unemployed. I'd do it again if need be. Trace-good on you man for doing what you needed to do. I have a feeling you were prepared and arent just winging it, so good luck!

There are a lot of people looking for work in a thin job market. And if I could put up with 4 years, I'd put up with another week or 10 until I had a new job lined up. That's just me, I wish Tracy luck. Plus I know he's just doing this so he can move.
