just bought a Smith and Wesson M+P .40
unfortunatly i have to wait a few months to actaully own it and shoot it because of the NY laws. i start the application process monday for it

background check, they send a packet out to your 4 references and have to wait til all 4 complete said packet and mail it back and also need to take a safety course that has a waiting list a mile long.
