Another note. the RC is the most UNCOMFORTABLE 2-up bike I have EVER been on.

I would think all sportbikes would be pretty similar in that regard except maybe in the plushness of the seat.

First off the "passenger seat" is nothing more than a glued on cushion to the cowl and is very hard. The rear of the bike is also very high off the ground so getting on it with leathers took some contortion efforts (but I'm short). The passenger pegs are high up and are uncomfortable (got a few charley horses). The reach to the gas tank (where I like to place my hands) was long so I was constantly streched to hold on and last but not least, the passenger sits so high up you can see right over the drivers head and you are in a ton of wind blast from the wind shield. It was fun for about 15 mins of twisties....then I wanted off.

for a 20 mile round trip commute and nothing much else I would jump all over the RC51. I think the Busa would be great for long ribbons of highway or more comfortable two up trips but who can argue with the look and sound of the RC?
