Probably just bigfooted it while shifting himself around on the bike and stomped it on accident. I know I have made accidental shifts before, thats always good for crackin open walnuts with your asscheeks.

i know of an instance where a guy stopped to help a downed rider, and when the cops came they arrested his ass cuz they thought they were racing.
