Comparatively, maybe. But "rounder" is more like my bike or your avatar. Not the squashed bug look. I actually like the naked's angles... Just hate the dash and wish it had the four gold canisters *shrug* It's a wash anyway, since I can't afford a new bike. Doesn't stop me from dreaming or demo-ing.

No video, but I just got from the Media, PA demo day and had a blast. The Ninja 1000 is a great bike. I actually got two rides on that, and one on the Z1000. Scheduled my three rides, then just kept hopping on whenever they had an opening. Rode the Ninja 1000 first thing, then the Versys, Vulcan 1700 Nomad, Ninja 1000 again, and finally the Z1000.

I'll start another thread of my day.

I def need to get to the one here at the end of the month. not sure if the priller is on its way out but at least if I demo some ofthese bikes it will help me in my decision making process. Wifey kinda gave me the green light to get a new bike if the priller keeps acting up.

If she wants to go with you, the Connie 14 is the way to go

with the baby I doubt there will be much of any 2 up riding. I am still biased towards the fjr for a bigger touring bike but the connie got soem realy nice writeups too.

for someone of your massive stature, the concourse is the way to go, its much more roomy and you wont be hitting your elbows on your knees as much as you would with the FJR. However the FJR (in my opinion) is a slightly superior bike despite being a design that is a number of years older
