my son's class had two fails. one crashed hard, had to go to hosp that night, the other quit after seeing it.

On the last little figure-8 deal they told my wife's class that anyone that put their foot down failed.

in TX the only thing that auto-fails you in the final eval. is dropping/crashing the bike.


thats pretty harsh for the fig. 8.

WHAT??? Well then I'm not letting her take it then! I'm not going to risk her fucking life just so she can avoid taking the driving test!!!

My instructors told us who could ride straight thru the figure-8 box and still pass.

Yea I've heard that too! If my gf happens to accidentally put her foot down during the "8", I don't think that makes her unqualified to operate a motorcycle.

Laying the bike over during the test was an automatic failure. We had two girls fail. There was even a guy who dropped the rebel 250 he was on in practice but he kept it up for the test and passed.
