I know,I had those pants that the legs zip off....AND they had cargo pockets to keep the legs in.

intresting... what brand?

most of the time I ride to ride... but being as I'll be moving to a year round riding climate... I'll probably be riding for errands... it'd be nice to have something like that... probably still wear my knee/shin guards under..

Not riding pants... just regular pants you get at Kohls or whatever.

figured Icon or someone would make something like this... I know Icon made a few jackets that the sleves zipped off...

i remember looking on ebay and seeing a pair that did it cant remeber if they were shift or icon and of course i cant find them now

Shift. They have kevlar inserts and double denim in critical areas.
