That's already been decided.

Fucking little kids is disgusting but you want to allow people to do that so that they can still have their freedoms?

What choice, I am really opposed to it, so I have no choice. I can only not go. That's not a fucking choice. You guys have a choice to smoke prior to, take a break, or after you leave.

You choose with your money, you spend at places that are smoke free or that have proper ventilation. Very simple. Even before regulations started going in place there were plenty of smoke-free restaurants, I know because those are the ones my parents always took us to.

Not around here, besides NC, this is tobacco central. There wasn't any smoke free restaurants that I can recall before the law banning them from restaurants came into effect. It's much nicer now.

Your solution still leaves me with one choice, don't go. I dislike it too much to try and put up with it, so I don't have a choice, I have one option.

Well you guys went from having the world to having designated areas. I can see why you are mad, but the rest of us got tired of putting up with that shit everywhere.

I don't smoke, so it doesn't affect me. Even when I did smoke I never did it in places where other people would be affected by it. Its a personal choice I made because I'm not a cocksucker. Many other people are cocksuckers, and I realize that.

Ultimately though, what citizens are doing by supporting total bans on smoking is allowing the Government more power through regulation to come in and affect someone's everyday life. Yes, you shouldn't have to sit in a smoke filled office...I'm not opposed to your right to be nicotine/second-hand smoke free. However, these total bans do not allow private business owners the freedom to choose how they want to run their own business.

If I want to open up Kaneman's Motherfucking Hookah and Porno Bar then that's my business and don't come in there if you don't want to hit a giant hookah and watch some 20 year old takin' it in the back. Or a restaurant, or a bar, or anything else privately owned.
