Default Windy = sore?

When it is windy out, do you find that you are more sore afterward?

This is more of a problem for you flatlanders, but I can see how it could occur in extreme conditions. I don't recall really feeling any more sore after riding in pretty bad winds though.

I did a run across PA on I80 2 years ago, and it was solid wind the entire way, I pretty much flat spotted a set of tires off to the side from that ride. It was about the hardest riding I've ever done

Yes. When the wind is blowing you back & forth across the lane, I find that I subconsciously tense up, so by the time you get home, you're exhausted and sore.

mostly my neck, but i am 100lbs and my bike is 265lbs with no wind protection. It does get pretty windy here in the desert, we get wind advisory alerts, i literally get blown all over the place, esp when there is a truck coming the other side.
