I cant imagine that being very good for any manner of riding. your weight is on the handlebars all the time, because you have nowhere else to support yourself solidly, which presents a HUGE handling problem.

Actually, it looks like your weight could be shifted forward or back on your feet like on a skateboard. You wouldn't (or shouldn't) be leaning on the handlebars.
