Default My guide to Delicious Beef Ribs

Beef ribs, very tough. But they are very flavorful if made right. Many people choose to use pork ribs, not me. I like a challenge.

Here are my steps.

The setup: Beef Ribs, BBQ Sauce(taryaki, BBQ sauce, Tabsco), Merlot(you got fucking Merlot!?!?) Well 1. It was cheap, $7. 2. Red wine goes with beef like peanutbutter and jeally 3. It will tenderize the beef while cooking, keeping it nice and moist. I use a throw-away pan becuase I hate to do dishes.

Low and slow, I picked 250*, but you can adjust to the size of your cut. I should have done maybe 225* this time, but it turned out great

I used about 2 cups of the Merlot, not too much not too little...I eyeballed it

I lopped of a rib and gave it to my Greyhound...very delicious

Cover it with foil...keeps the moisture in

After 3 hours, nice and tender...yummy

Awesome.. thanks for sharing.. I buy half a cow every year and I always get the beef ribs.. usually i boil them and then put them on the grill with bbq sauce.. usually works out good.. but i will have to try this..

a co-worker told me about a recipe for bbq'd roast.. i need to look that up.. i have like 50 lbs of roast and crock potting it no matter how tasty gets pretty boring..
