Back from Route 66!
Well, we arrived back last Wednesday about 2am or so. Great trip! However, after we returned, tragedy struck hard! I hope to fully update my blog of the trip over the weekend but, until then here's the link to what I have so far.

Yikes man.. glad your friend is alive, even if he is having a rough go of the recovery. Sending good juju his way for a full and speedy recovery!

Thanks! The infection seems to be under control but, his unsurance is now saying they won't pay for him to be transferred to a rehab facility and we don't know where he's going to go when the hospital is through with him! He's obviously welcome at our house but, it's not at all set-up for someone in his condition, especially the bathroom! There literally is not enough room for him since his leg has to be perfectly straight for several weeks! He honestly would have been better off if they had taken the leg. He'd probably be home now! I'm worried he's going to have a lot of problems from that leg in years to come!
