so as i said in the whore thread, someone hit my bike, turns out there was a bit more contact then i thought see pics:

thing is he doesnt speak english and has no insurance, so do i call my insurance and risk my deductable going up since i just got a speeding ticket a month a go for such a small scratch?

i have never delt with shit like this before, he says he doesnt have any insurance, and since im new to TN i have no idea what the laws are here.

is it even worth dealing with this shit, a lil touch up paint would work wonders and its not that like the rc is a trailor queen
