not to me... that may have something to do with the fact that they're 10 minutes from my house and the one time they were mean to me I showed up at their door

I pass the place every day. What I find interesting is that they really don't want people in their store - they'd rather sell stuff online.
The UPS guy always makes a joke when I order stuff from there because it has to get sent to the distribution center in Syracuse, NY first before coming back to the place in Rome, NY and then out on the truck rather than just having been brought directly to my house

From what I have heard, they have great prices but bad customer service. Some items that you order might be out of stock. Before you place the order, call them first and verify they have it in stock.
