Most places like Carfax can't do it because motorcycle VIN are in a different format and they can't search on those manufacturer codes. You can try calling your sheriff dept and be nice to them and see if they'll look it up.

If you call a Triumph dealer they can pull where the bike was sold from originally though that might not be the dealer it was originally delivered too. Dont know if anyone will have those records that you can access. A dealership will have the most info avail for you though.
