As a Project Engineer for roadway and bridge projects, I have had to have conversations VERY similar to the one in that video.
Unfortunately, that video is greatly dumbed down, misses a lot of points, and is basically full of buzzwords to get people's attention. I'm not saying I disagree with all of it. It was entertaining though.
