Dropped my bike off there today to get my new pilot powers mounted. When I got it back, the paint on the rear wheel lip was scraped off about a 1'-1.5' in length and so was the reflective wheel tape i put on there!
I told them and they were like "Oh, well you can put some touch up paint on it." then i was like "no you guys were the one who did the damage, you fix it" they were like "well youre gonna have to talk to the parts manager" (who conveniently wasn't there today.) Long story short, the guy made it sound like they didnt wanna cover it. So if they dont, DO NOT have those guys do any work on your bike. And to top it off, my rear valve stem cap is missing!! Shows just how careless their technician is |

I'm with this guy. If you cant talk to the parts manager, talk to the GM and point out the flaws. Do you happen to have pics of your bike before?
