Default All season leather jacket. Recomendations?

After 8 years of service, my AlpineStars jacket has reached its limit of
bugs
dirt
rain
neglect
100+ degree temperature
30 temps
garage floor
layers of clothing stuffed under neath
etc etc

Whats the short list of leather jackets?
No preforated leather.
nice heavy grain
With ventilation (zippers)
and removable liner
and all the little spots to slip in additional protection
and isn't some overly styled "Whats up brah" doosh-mo-jacket?

Local shops don't have much of a selection (tons of textile, tonnes of summer\track preforated jackets) and browsing online has revealed a much bigger market than I could remember from last time I went shopping for a new jacket.

thanks in advance...

Rev'It and RS Taichi are "the shiznit" when it comes to quality, if you're willing to pay for it.

Cuz the ones with the most protection, have the most "power ranger" styling.

Get a really good deal and buy two jackets is my advice... Seriously, you will never find a jacket that's going to cover all of the conditions listed well. If you have $500 to spend, get two jackets and be happy.

I ditched all my Astar gear when I outgrew it in favor of Fieldsheer. I have a full suit and a longer riding jacket that has been awesome. The sizing is accurate and they all broke in very nicely. I forget the jacket model but the suit is a Revo. A little less money than the Astars and the stitching is better IMO...
