Default I think I'm going to test out a Buell 1125R

Hey they're even giving away free stuff to do it !!

I do want to ride one just to see what it feels like and there is a dealership just a few miles up the interstate from the house.

I also want to ride a VRod...this would be to share the garage with the R1 or whatever sportbike I have in the future...not to replace it.

Not that I'm defending it..

But, 2 times were for recall. And 5 times were because the techs kept thinking it was fixed when it wasn't..

1125R is a completely different bike with a different motor manuf. But yeah I guess if one buell breaks they all go bad.

Yea I agree this bike has nothing to do with Buell/HD other than on paper.

Well I'm definitely going to go check one out. I just want to see how it feels v.s. the R1.

The only v-twin sportbike I've ridden is a Ducati 999r.

I've ridden several v-twin cruisers...a few HD's...Victory Vegas Jackpot...Yamaha Raider...Big Dog Bulldog.

I test drove a VROD at the Harley dealership near the Speedway. I had the worst time trying to figure out where to put my feet!! That was back when I still had my Rebel 250. I jumped the curb with the VROD while trying to find where my feet went. My husband was chasing me around the parking lot on his bike yelling SLOW DOWN!!! Then I took it around the block. It was fun! A few months later I bought my VFR.
