Default Wife Got a Cool Present

Some of you (Curb) will find this more interesting than others...

So on the last Friday before our Christmas vacation, my wife was pulled out of her class by her principal and asked to go to the front office. She went there to find the administrative staff standing around and one of her student's parents (he's a principal in another school in the district). She immediately thought "WTF happened?" He asked her to come outside and the parent went into his van and pulled out a box and gave it to her. He was on his way out of town and wanted to ensure she got it before Christmas.

The FedEx label on the box showed it came from the UF Administration building in Gainesville, FL. She opened it up to find this:

Wife is a big UF fan so she really appreciated it. I'm not a UF fan but I'm happy for her. Only thing I thought was "why the hell did they buy an NFL ball to get the signatures on and not a NCAA ball?" Oh well, wife would never sell it anyway, so the monetary value wouldn't matter.

It was nice of the coaching staff to pre-sign some of the autographs so that the players could just trace their names.

Typical Gaytors.

Nice gift though.

I found out last night how the principal got the ball. Seems one of the players is a former student of his - #99 Omar Hunter.

very cool. shmike is right though, it is odd to see some of the names traced over. and as far as the NFL ball goes, they will all be there soon enough, haha
