Here ya go, she e-mailed it to me last year, gotta love g-mail search function!

3 Tablespoons Flour
3 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 Cup of Milk
1/2 cup of onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 Cups Turkey, chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Melt and blend butter and flour, slowly stir in milk until smooth, add onion and turkey, add salt and pepper to taste (I usually add chopped celery too). Cook until until smooth and thickened. Stick it in the fridge minimum of two hours, best if overnight. Roll into small (about the size of a potato) "meatloaves" roll in breadcrumbs, then roll in eggwash, roll in breadcrumbs again, and then fry.

Really tasty! Hope you enjoy them, and the turkey hash.

Grind it up, put it in a jar with a little bit of water and fuck it.
