Ok. Ebbs you were right. IF i went to a mil hospital that did it, Tricare would cover it.
Colorado springs is currently the closest. SO I have to go there for the surgery, and all the checkups for the first 2 weeks, and go back there if there is ever a fuck up with it. lots o hassle. Think i'll wait till I get back and see what's happening then. |

That and the fact that i won't be in the states in a year, so the yearly checkup could be tricky. |

oh... and you don't have to go to Colorado Springs... if you wanted you could choose Keesler... and save your per diem and stay with me... I'll move furnature around so you'll trip over it... then go riding while you are stuck blinded |

Colorado or mississippi... hmmm... If i'm getting paid to go, i'm thinkin CO gets the win, sorry bro.
and everywhere I've seen says you have to go in for all the check ups etc or else they will say you caused the fuck up if there is one.... who knows. Further... do I really want to trust my eyesight to a military doc? |

just talked to them... the FIRST checkup has to happen at the place you had the surgery. the others happen at your base... BUT YOUR BASE HAS TO AGREE to do the checkups prior to the surgery.
there's a checkup imediatly after... then two weeks, one months, two months, six months, one year... and that's it I think. and as for trusting... them... I do... I'm gonna have it done when I get to Keesler. to each their own... well worth it to me. oh and yeah Colorado is much better than MS... but you'd save your Perdiem usually around $100 a day... by stay'n with me... and you'd have transportation... but up to you. |
