We haven't seen the ground here since October...a few inches?? I drove 3/4 of the way through a one foot drop to get home 23 miles away...INTO the storm. Then I drove to work at the end of another one foot drop two days later. Nothing like trying to figure out where the lanes are cuz the plows can't get to it fast enough...

Uh-oh...I think I've been assimilated by the yankees!
Or try northeast ohio. We're one of the few places that get the shit luck of having lake effect snow. I definitely feel your pain. Buffalo is one of the few places that makes me think areas winter isnt that bad.

The most I drove in personally was a little over a foot, but I'll never forget my parents driving in 2-3 feet+ in the noreasters that would hit Jersey.

I won't miss driving in them, but I do miss the giant snow storms.

My buddy's dad is from upper New York state. One weekend an old buddy of his came down to Georgia and were talking about cars so that caught my attention. My buddy's dad use to have a 1967 L88 Corvette. I remember the guy laughing about the time they got drunk and drove home with the only thing keeping them on the road the snow banks as they bounced from one side to the other.

Bring 2 so I can throw one back at you and say I've been in a snowball fight!

Bummer. And I was looking forward to seeing if he'd actually do it.
