hell, back when I was in highschool (80-84) there was someone that had a late 60's mustang on 4X4. I thought it was a waste, I like mustangs.

Must have been about 15 years ago, saw a Mercedes 280-SEL (top of the line sedan at the time) with a 3-foot lift and a Ford 4x4 truck chassis under it.
Looked about as silly as the Maserati coachwork on a Hummer that I saw at a show: lemon paint, butter-colored leather interior with walnut burl dash. What some people with more money than sense won't do....

when I lived in STL I seen a Grimlin on 4X4. talk about funny looking. there was all kinds of 4X4 stuff around there. Chandler's shop wasn't too far from where I lived.

I actually like some cars on 4X4 chassis. This one I don't care for. Always try to appreciate the work someone put into their project.
WE had a guy with a camaro 4X4 when I was in school, I've seen a corvette once. I like the vans and elcaminos done with it. I'd love to see the gremlin 4X4. have to be on a jeep chassis |
